Upon learning that this project, originally supported and promoted by the Ruian Municipal Government, has now won bids for numerous projects including the Wenzhou S2 urban rail line, Qingdao Metro Line 2, Changsha Maglev, SRT (Super Virtual Rail Transit), Nantong Metro Line 2, Chongqing Rail Transit Line 3, Hangzhou Metro Line 12, and BYD's Skyrail and Skybus, achieving large-scale mass production, Ma Shengcong gave it high praise.

Ma Shengcong pointed out that Zhejiang is comprehensively promoting the optimization and adjustment of its industrial, energy, and transportation structures, continuously improving the "gold content" and "green content" of its development. In the optimization and adjustment of the transportation structure, the electrification of commercial vehicles such as medium and heavy-duty trucks will bring significant opportunities for industry transformation. When he learned that Ruili's new energy product series had a continuously increasing market share and that it had overcome cutting-edge projects such as the engineering of the first bidirectional trackless train braking system in China, maintaining double-digit rapid growth in the first quarter, Ma Shengcong fully affirmed Ruili Group's achievements in green and low-carbon transformation.

Ma Shengcong also inquired about the impact of the international situation on Ruili Group's development. Chi Shuping stated that she believes the adverse effects of the Middle East situation and rising raw material costs are temporary.
