On the morning of April 3rd, the 2026 Ruian Businessmen Conference was grandly held in the auditorium of the Ruian Municipal Conference Center. Nearly 600 outstanding Ruian businessmen from home and abroad gathered to reminisce about their hometown and discuss development. Leaders from the four major municipal bodies, including Li Jianfeng, Chen Hancun, Ying Xike, and Lin Zhenghong, attended the conference.

At the conference, Ruian Ruili Group was awarded the title of "Ruian Businessmen Contributing to Charity" for its active contributions to philanthropy over the years.

Zhang Xiaoping, Chairman of Ruian Ruili Group, was invited to attend the conference and, based on his 39 years of deep cultivation and industry leadership in the auto parts and accessories sector, was awarded the honor of "Outstanding Ruian Businessmen Inheriting the Legacy of Innovation."

Wang Yuan, Vice Mayor of Ruian, and Chairman Zhang Xiaoping jointly unveiled the "China (Wenzhou) Smart Vehicle Park," injecting new momentum into the development of Ruian's automotive industry.

Chairman Zhang Xiaoping delivered a keynote speech at the conference, reviewing Ruian Ruili Group's 39-year development history rooted in Ruian. From a local enterprise to one of the top 100 auto parts companies in China and the chairman unit of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Auto Parts and Motorcycle Parts Chamber of Commerce, with products exported to more than 130 countries and regions worldwide, Zhang Xiaoping stated that this achievement is inseparable from the nurturing environment of Ruian, the strong support of governments at all levels, and, most importantly, the mutual support of Ruian business partners.

As the leading enterprise in Ruian's auto parts industry chain, Zhang Xiaoping issued three initiatives to all Ruian business partners in his speech, calling on everyone to unite and develop together to jointly explore the global market.

01 Leveraging Global Channels to Jointly Expand Markets Overseas

Currently, New Ruian, a subsidiary of Ruian Group, has established a comprehensive sales network in 132 countries and regions worldwide. Zhang Xiaoping proposed that all Ruian business partners leverage this mature channel system to achieve joint overseas expansion. In countries and regions where New Ruian already has a sales network, Ruian business partners are welcome to jointly establish joint ventures and cooperative companies to share resources and jointly expand the market; in regions where the channel is not yet covered, qualified enterprises can jointly establish sales companies to represent Ruian auto parts and New Ruian's high-quality products. Zhang Xiaoping specifically mentioned that Ruili has now achieved full coverage of its sales network in prefecture-level cities across China. The All-China Wenzhou Chamber of Commerce and Ruili Group have reached a strategic cooperation agreement, encouraging Ruili's sales companies in prefecture-level cities nationwide to actively integrate into the Ruili business community, join local Wenzhou and Ruian Chambers of Commerce, and become core members. At the same time, he sincerely invited the president units and member companies of local Ruian Chambers of Commerce to conduct joint ventures and cooperation with local Ruili sales companies, support and participate in Ruili's local public transportation joint venture projects, integrate resources, complement each other's advantages, and jointly cultivate the trillion-yuan domestic automotive aftermarket.
